This document describes the procedure established by Luis Banda Ortega, owner of The Most Luxurious Wedding Venues (TMLWV), for users to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection with respect to their personal data, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable privacy regulations.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, how long we retain it, and with whom we share it.

You have the right to request the correction of your personal data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You must indicate which data you wish to correct and provide the accurate information.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our records when: it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; you withdraw your consent; or you believe it is being processed unlawfully.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, particularly secondary purposes such as behavioral analysis or commercial communications.

To exercise any of the rights described above, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Send your request by email

Subject line: 'Data Rights Request — [type of right: Access / Rectification / Erasure / Objection]'

Step 2 — Include the following information

• Your full name

• The email address you used to interact with the site

• A clear and specific description of the right you wish to exercise

• The personal data to which the request relates

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or equivalent)

• In the case of rectification: the correct information that should replace the inaccurate data

Step 3 — Response timeline

• Acknowledgment of receipt: within 2 business days of submission

• Resolution of the request: within 20 business days of receipt

• Implementation of the resolution: within 15 business days of notifying you of the outcome

These timelines may be extended once by an equal period when circumstances justify it, in which case we will notify you in a timely manner.

If you simply wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter without formally exercising data rights, you may do so by:

• Clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link included at the bottom of every email you receive from us

Sending an email to abigail@themostluxuriousvenues.com with the subject 'Unsubscribe' from the address you wish to remove

Your unsubscription will be processed within 48 hours of your request.

Data collected automatically through Wix Analytics and Google Analytics 4 is, for the most part, anonymous or pseudonymous and does not allow us to identify you directly. If you would like to learn more about how these services handle your data, or if you wish to opt out of such tracking, you may:
